Hamilton Southeastern Education Association is the exclusive voice for teachers at Hamilton Southeastern Schools in Fishers, Indiana. HSEA is a broad collection of teachers who make up Indiana's second-largest teacher's association. HSEA teachers are represented across all 22 buildings across the district.

Hamilton Southeastern Education Association strives to make the education profession better for teachers and staff every day of the year. We know that by doing this, our students will always come first and will always succeed when teachers are supported and valued. At HSEA, we rise by teaching all.

Hamilton Southeastern Education Association uses it collective voice to advocate for students and teachers in the classroom, in athletics, and in central office. HSEA also uses its powerful voice as a large association to represent teachers on the state and national levels.
